Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital Products purchased through Clixtasy (clixtasy.com), including Extasia (browser, PWA, and APK versions) and any ebook editions.

1. Digital Products — General Rule

1.1 Extasia and related Products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase via secure, personal access to the game or file.

1.2 Because access to the full content is granted immediately and cannot practically be “returned” once viewed, all sales are final once access has been granted, except as set out below.

2. When Refunds May Be Granted

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances, provided you contact us within 14 days of purchase:

  • Technical failure: You were unable to access the Product due to a verified fault on our end (e.g. the streaming endpoint or download failed) and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same Product.
  • Unauthorised transaction: The purchase was made fraudulently on your payment method, subject to standard verification.

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Granted

  • Change of mind after accessing the Product.
  • Dissatisfaction with the story, content, or themes, where the Product matches its description and content warnings as listed on the product page.
  • Difficulty using the Product due to unsupported devices or browsers not meeting the stated requirements.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@clixtasy.com with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly first — most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account access while the matter is investigated.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
